1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each person may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on tg9999. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500. Maximum deposit: BDT 500,000 per day.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500. KYC verification is required to process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 3 to 15 minutes; however, if KYC verification has not been completed, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals via a different method are not permitted.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Supported payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT, Bank Transfer.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, tg9999 reserves the right to place the payment on hold pending investigation.

Tg9999 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (such as Mobile Banking or your bank) may apply their own fees, which are beyond tg9999's control.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The terms and conditions governing bonuses and promotions on tg9999 are detailed below. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and is awarded based on the first deposit.
• All bonuses are subject to specific rollover requirements (typically 10x to 30x). Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the rollover condition is fulfilled.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly permitted otherwise.
• Winnings from free bet bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — the rollover requirement must first be met.
• Tg9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any misuse or fraudulent attempt to claim a bonus will result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. If not used within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on tg9999. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Tg9999 reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg9999 platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Attempting to obtain funds through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit any security vulnerabilities.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus terms.
• Using another person's account or conducting transactions under another person's identity.
• Conducting a cyber attack or DDoS attack against the platform.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Tg9999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspected money laundering.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).
• Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned. However, balances from accounts closed due to rule violations will not be refunded.
